Description

Wow. First attempt at cell shading. Kinda. The water is soft painted I guess. I'm assuming all the shadows are mostly wrong, but, whatever, I tried. Also, I I have no idea how to do backgrounds.

I think you did the shading very good. Backgrounds? I'm also trying on how to do backgrounds good...
